Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your membership or purchase of products and services from Grassroots Grantmakers, we’re here to help.
Refunds
We provide all patrons 30 calendar days to request a return of funds from the date you completed a funds transaction.
To be eligible for a membership or product refund, you must send Grassroots Grantmakers an email requesting a return of funds to amanda@grassrootsgrantmakers.org.
Please include the reason why you are requesting a return of funds in your email.
Please include the date of purchase or transaction, your organization’s or individual’s full name, address, and contact information, including: phone number and email address.
Shortly after receiving your request, Grassroots Grantmakers will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If you made a transaction via credit card, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
